Easy Returns

  • Free returns within 5 days of delivery
  • Item must be:
    • Unused & unwashed
    • With original tags
    • In original packaging
  • Free reverse pickup available
  • Refund will be sent to your original payment method after inspection

Size Exchange

  • One-time size exchange available per order
  • Request within 5 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused with tags intact
  • A nominal ₹99 reverse pickup & processing fee applies for size exchanges
  • Replacement size shipped after inspection

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos/videos
  • After verification, you can choose:
    • Free replacement, or
    • Full refund

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order
  • Since products are made-to-order, processing starts quickly

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items
  • Used, washed, or damaged products
