We currently ship across India only.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹999
  • For orders below ₹999, shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your location and order details

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 24–48 business hours after confirmation.

During sales, product launches, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


4. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Most orders are delivered within 7–9 business days from the date of purchase.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Your location
  • Courier partner delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Operational disruptions beyond our control

While we aim for timely delivery, Hermoza cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

Hermoza will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incomplete address information
